HR Manager, to$160k+S, Global exposure, Growing Sydney office
Lead a team of 30 in a high‑growth global organisation and take ownership of the Sydney operation. You’ll have one WFH day, strong international support, and a collaborative culture that sets you up to succeed. A rare chance to build, influence, and grow with a business expanding rapidly across global markets.
THE COMPANY
This is a global real estate investment and asset management business with a strong and growing presence across Asia‑Pacific. The Sydney office is a tight‑knit team of around 30 corporate professionals working across logistics and commercial property portfolios. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in genuine partnership — with the added benefit of international exposure, structured support from regional leaders, and the stability of a well‑established global organisation. You’ll enjoy a hybrid model with one day each week working from home.
THE ROLE
As the HR Manager, you’ll be the go‑to people partner for the Sydney office, owning the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, HR operations, ER/IR matters, policy development, payroll coordination, and compliance with Australian employment legislation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders locally while partnering with a highly capable regional HR leader based in Singapore. The role blends hands‑on operational work with strategic influence, giving you visibility, trust, and the autonomy to shape how HR operates in Australia.
You’ll also oversee office administration, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and supporting an admin team member who will transition to report locally. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast‑moving environment, and is confident engaging with leaders.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is your chance to step into a role with real ownership and impact. You’ll lead HR for a growing Sydney office, supported by a global network that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the freedom to refine processes, uplift culture, and build strong relationships across the business — all while enjoying a balanced hybrid model and the opportunity for occasional travel to Singapore for training and connection.
If you’re a confident HR generalist or HRBP ready to step up, this role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, growth, and international exposure within a business that genuinely backs its people.
