A fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, operational environment. Supporting Senior HR Business Partners, you will play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support across the business. This is a true generalist position, suited to someone who is adaptable, proactive, and confident working closely with stakeholders across various levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and case management
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Assist with policy implementation and HR compliance
  • Support performance management and development processes
  • Work closely with leaders to provide HR advice and guidance
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation
  • Confident managing employee relations matters
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
