Work with the HR, Payroll and I&CT team to implement new HR systems and procedures and ensure current systems are improved and maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain the HR data integrity by regularly auditing HR data
- Data cleansing where required
- Improve HR data harmonisation by consolidating disparate
- Develop online forms and work flows to automate data collections across business units and divisions
- Contribute to the development of a HR Master Database to enable data harmonisation and future data transformation
- Manage & coordinate the delivery of regular reports to internal stakeholders, including quarterly HR people risk metrics, dashboards, monthly headcount reports, fortnightly starters, transfers and leavers and ad-hoc reporting
- Draw insights and conclusions from diverse data to develop conclusions/ recommendations and actions
- Deliver analysis to enable better business decisions and understanding
- Research and report new bench marking external data, when necessary or when required for business presentations and People dashboard / metrics
- Work closely with key stakeholders to roll out business initiatives and create meaningful insights into their business areas
- Drive the continuous improvement of management reporting through development of new workforce analytics and presentation of the data and insights
Key requirements:
- Extensive HR and Payroll legislative knowledge and exposure
- Experience working with HRIS systems with exposure to testing and configuration
- Advanced technical skills
- Understanding best HR practices
- Strong data management skills (MS Access preferred)
- Strong business acumen with high attention to detail
- Experience with Office 365 Applications; PowerBI, Form, Flows, SharePoint
- Exposure to HR systems
