Key Responsibilities
- Lead the People Systems business as usual reporting requirements;
- Ensure high quality data input through training and support to users;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and externally to facilitate new initiatives to enhance People systems; and
- Implement solutions to increase service delivery
Qualifications/ Experience
- Sound HR systems knowledge;
- Team leadership experience, with the ability to promote high performance culture;
- Detail oriented and a high level of analytic and problem-solving skills;
- Adaptable across a number of HRIS and related systems with associated high level of system design thinking; and
- Honed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and engage with all levels of the workforce
