Talent Acquisition Operations Advisor
Join one of Australia’s leading utility organisations as a Talent Acquisition Operations Advisor, driving operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle. You’ll manage SuccessFactors and key TA systems, streamline processes, support onboarding, and enhance efficiency within a high-performing People & Culture team committed to continuous improvement.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring our recruitment function runs efficiently, with a strong emphasis on SuccessFactors management and process improvement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys enhancing systems, workflows, and candidate experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and maintain SuccessFactors across the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and smooth system performance.

Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder experience.

Support onboarding, contract preparation, and other key TA administrative activities.

Act as the first point of contact for SuccessFactors queries and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with P&C stakeholders to enhance workflows, reporting, and compliance.

Contribute to TA operational projects focused on continuous improvement and system enhancements.

Ensure documentation, policies, and procedures are up to date and aligned with best practice.
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in TA operations, HR coordination, or recruitment administration.

Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS/ATS platforms).

Exceptional attention to detail with a process-driven, improvement-focused mindset.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Confident communication skills with the ability to support stakeholders at all levels.

A proactive approach, with enthusiasm for systems, structure, and operational efficiency.
