Join one of Australia’s leading utility organisations as a Talent Acquisition Operations Advisor, driving operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle. You’ll manage SuccessFactors and key TA systems, streamline processes, support onboarding, and enhance efficiency within a high-performing People & Culture team committed to continuous improvement.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring our recruitment function runs efficiently, with a strong emphasis on SuccessFactors management and process improvement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys enhancing systems, workflows, and candidate experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and maintain SuccessFactors across the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and smooth system performance.

  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder experience.

  • Support onboarding, contract preparation, and other key TA administrative activities.

  • Act as the first point of contact for SuccessFactors queries and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with P&C stakeholders to enhance workflows, reporting, and compliance.

  • Contribute to TA operational projects focused on continuous improvement and system enhancements.

  • Ensure documentation, policies, and procedures are up to date and aligned with best practice.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in TA operations, HR coordination, or recruitment administration.

  • Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS/ATS platforms).

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a process-driven, improvement-focused mindset.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Confident communication skills with the ability to support stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proactive approach, with enthusiasm for systems, structure, and operational efficiency.
