Our client is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Advisor to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with business leaders across the organisation, developing and implementing solutions to enhance leadership and professional development capabilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive culture that values inclusion and diversity. They will also collaborate with other corporate teams to explore and implement innovative people initiatives and systems.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Learning and Development Advisor, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's organisation. Your role will involve coordinating the delivery of effective learning solutions that respond to business challenges, administering learning technologies, facilitating internal communication strategies, building strong relationships within the organisation, and undertaking activities related to learning projects. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's culture, fostering an environment that values inclusion, diversity, and continuous learning.

  • Coordinate delivery of effective learning and development solutions and programs
  • Administer and improve use of learning technologies across the organisation
  • Facilitate internal communication strategies to support implementation of learning initiatives
  • Build strong relationships within the organisation to effectively coordinate, implement and review learning projects
  • Undertake activities relating to learning and development projects including coordination and implementation

They are adept at using learning management systems and have strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. They are capable of coordinating multiple initiatives, processes, and stakeholders while proactively identifying potential solutions.
