Technical Trainer

You will conduct both in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting during these sessions. Your role will also involve assessing the specific training needs of clients and customising programs accordingly. Collaborating closely with the IT team and vendors, you will play a crucial role in launching new software services. Staying updated with the latest developments in applications is key to integrating them into your training programs.

Job requirements:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Microsoft, Adobe, and other productivity applications
  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions, both in-person and virtually
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during training sessions
  • Assess training needs and customise training programs to meet specific requirements
  • Collaborate with the IT team and Vendors to launch new software services
  • Stay updated with the latest developments with applications and integrate them into training programs


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Technical Trainer position will bring excellent communication and presentation skills to the table. You should have proven experience as a Technology Trainer, particularly with Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Adobe. Your ability to quickly pick up technical systems will be crucial in delivering engaging technical training content to various audiences. Certification in Microsoft technologies would be beneficial but not essential. Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems is also desirable. Lastly, your ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment will be key.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience as a Technology Trainer, particularly with Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, Teams and Adobe
  • Ability to pick up technical systems quickly
  • Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer) is a plus
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems
  • Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
