About the Role
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of best practise regulatory compliant incident, injury and claims management services. You will enjoy developing and implementing processes focussed on continuous improvement. Day to day, you will
- Identify and implement key strategies to support proactive and strategic return to work case management;
- Develop best practise injury and claims management by meeting all regulatory timeframes and applying relevant policies and company values;
- Contribute and implement injury management and return to work programs and rehabilitation initiatives; and
- Build relationships with injured employees and internal and external stakeholders.
Skills / Requirements
To be considered, you will demonstrate at least 5 years experience in injury and claims management, with a high level of understanding of regulatory requirements. Tertiary qualified in a related discipline, you would have applied your knowledge to a self insurer and will come with a well developed network of injury management and rehabilitation providers. With the ability to build strong professional relationships across all levels of the business, this role would best suit someone with a results orientation and honey interpersonal skills.
