Emergency Response Program Manager

This role will see you leading a small team of specialists to program manage the design and delivery of improved emergency response action plans enterprise wide. A combination of operations and strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate updates to the Emergency Action Plan in accordance with legislative requirements and regulatory deadlines;
• Program manage the delivery of improved emergency action plans;
• Lead a small team of incident coordinators and other specialists;
• Engage with key stakeholders internally and externally to create and deliver effective EAPs;
• Work with the training team to deliver effective EAP training;
• Incident Coordinator for operational response as required; and
• Participate and contribute to emergency exercises

Key Requirements

• Demonstrates experience in an emergency management role;
• Proven communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Experience in supporting emergency response training requirements; and
• Experience with emergency procedure development.
