Key Responsibilities:

As the Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's approach and profile to safety and sustainability. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's health, safety, and environmental strategy to ensure safe and sustainable operations.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Leading incident investigations and providing comprehensive reports.
  • Promoting a positive HSE culture within the organisation through training and awareness programs.
  • Managing relationships with regulatory bodies and ensuring the company is up-to-date with all HSE legislation.
  • Monitoring performance against HSE objectives and targets.


Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HSE management role within a comparable industry
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with staff at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HSE strategies
  • Commitment to promoting a positive safety culture within an organisation
  • Ability to manage relationships with regulatory bodies
