Organisational Development Specialist

Our client is seeking an OD Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to design, deliver and implement a portfolio of programs, projects and change initiatives that support the strategic plan of the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's Leadership Development Strategy, Talent and Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement initiatives with a focus on cultural shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a culture of safety by complying with all relevant policies and procedures
  • Deliver Organisational Capability programs and contribute to the design and implementation of the cultural change program
  • Manage the delivery and remediation actions of staff engagement surveys
  • Consult regularly with appropriate parties to identify issues and provide pragmatic solutions to grow leadership and organisational capability
  • Promote a learning culture and role model signature behaviours
  • Prepare for, manage and reinforce change including impact analysis, delivering detailed change management plans and evaluating post-implementation
  • Travel within various regions

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to understand multiple, diverse individual needs of people and work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Strong ability to prioritise conflicting workload demands
  • Demonstrated experience leading design & deployment of strategic capability projects
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related disciplines
