Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner
A leading organisation in Adelaide are looking for a Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner to join during an exciting period of strategic transformation. This role offers the opportunity to shape organisational culture, drive leadership capability, and embed performance-focused workforce models that deliver measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in strengthening clarity, accountability, and execution discipline across the business while aligning capability development with organisational goals.
About the role:
You will be at the heart of driving cultural change and leadership excellence within a large Adelaide-based organisation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Deliver culture survey cycles and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Design and facilitate leadership programs tailored to all levels of the organisation.
- Support leaders in driving accountability, clarity, and execution discipline.
- Shape onboarding experiences through engaging induction workshops.
- Build capability frameworks aligned with succession pathways to future-proof the workforce.
- Reinforce organisational values and behavioural standards across the employee lifecycle.
- Convert engagement and culture data into practical actions that improve workplace culture.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple sites using interpersonal skills and political maturity.
What you’ll bring:
Your proven experience as a L&OD Business Partner will enable you to excel in this role:
- 5 to 10+ years’ experience in Organisational Development or HR roles within regulated or compliance-driven sectors.
- Proven success leading large-scale leadership programs in complex organisations (1,000+ employees).
- Strong facilitation skills and confidence in navigating challenging conversations with senior leaders.
- Expertise in designing capability frameworks that support succession planning.
- A strong understanding of organisational effectiveness principles and governance requirements.
- The ability to influence without formal authority across multi-site environments.
- A track record of converting engagement data into meaningful action plans.
