What you'll do:

As an HR Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency of our client's HR services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing key project management artefacts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all project activities align with the organisation's goals. Your ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets, and incorporate change management activities into project delivery will be crucial for success in this role.

Develop, implement, update, monitor, manage and communicate key project management artefacts
Perform designated project activities according to agreed project schedules
Coordinate across the HR Division to ensure leaders and team members are engaged and supported
Prioritise, allocate and coordinate project activities and identified action areas
Monitor the expenditure of project budgets and prepare necessary summaries and correspondence
Ensure change management activities are included in the project delivery


What you bring:

The ideal HR Project Manager candidate brings a wealth of experience in driving complex projects using a collaborative approach. You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills coupled with strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Your time management skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively juggle multiple tasks with conflicting priorities. Additionally, your well-developed ability to structure meetings, develop reporting materials, and support change management activities will set you apart.

Proven ability to drive and coordinate complex projects using a collaborative approach
Extensive experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects in the HR space
Excellent stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communication skills
Highly developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
Well-developed ability to structure and lead meetings, develop materials for reporting
Ability to support change management activities through projects
