An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Compliance Officer to join a highly reputable organisation in a newly created project. This role offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact by ensuring that operations in the sector remain compliant with legislation and internal policies, while supporting a large and diverse workforce. You will be at the forefront of compliance initiatives, working collaboratively across a wide variety of business units and teams.

Key responsibilities:

As a Quality and Compliance Officer, you'll support the Project by ensuring operations align with legislation and internal policies. You'll collaborate with Legal Services and stakeholders across the organisation to maintain up-to-date policies, provide compliance guidance, and support audits and risk management initiatives. Through clear communication, digital content review, and continuous process improvement, you'll help strengthen compliance practices and contribute to strategic initiatives that foster a culture of integrity and accountability.

  • Ensure compliance with legislation and policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Legal Services
  • Manage compliance inquiries and update policies
  • Support audits, risk management, and process improvements
  • Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality

Key requirements:

To succeed as a Quality and Compliance Officer, you will bring experience navigating complex regulatory environments. Your proficiency with Microsoft Excel enables efficient data analysis for reporting and audits. You excel at interpreting legislative updates into actionable policy changes, fostering cooperative relationships, and balancing independent problem-solving with teamwork. With a keen attention to detail, you ensure thoroughness during audits and process reviews, while maintaining discretion and championing ethical conduct at all times.

  • Experience in complex regulatory environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to interpret legislation and update policies
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive positive change
