Working within the internal HR shared services recruitment team, the successful candidate will support managers with end to end recruitment across a variety of groups within the ANZ region.
This will be a busy, challenging and varied role. Not only will the successful candidate further develop recruitment skills, but also gain exposure to HR practices, processes and policies.
Reporting to the HR Services Manager, this role will work closely with senior management in the selection and appointment of staff.
- Provide advice and guidance to all levels of management on the recruitment process;
- Advertise roles internally and externally;
- Assist in the on-going improvement to the recruitment process.
Experience and capabilities:
- Experience working in an internal recruitment or agency recruitment role;
- Strong selection and interview skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
