Working with the team leader, tasks include;
- Outsouring candidates and qualifying them for the company's clients
- Interviewing candidates and assessing their relevant skills
- Ensuring compliance
- Completing reference checks and other ad-hoc duties
- Maintain awareness of and comply with WHS policies and procedures
- Report incidents and injuries within the wider workforce and its clients.
- Ideally degree qualified in HR or related discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multi-task
