This fantastic organisation is looking for a hard-working Internal Recruitment Coordinator on an ongoing contract basis, requiring an immediate start. The role will be working directly with key stake-holders within the business to assist in the coordination of their recruitment processes.
- Advertising to the external market.
- Managing advertising response and screening effectively thereof.
- Managing co-ordination of interviews with relevant hiring managers.
- Coordinating the feedback process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Running background checks on candidates/ reference checking.
- Communicating with all stakeholders ensuring offers to candidates are managed effectively keeping all parties updated.
- Liaising with external agencies where required
- Previous experience supporting the recruitment process is required
- Experience working with leaders on recruitment projects
- Strong English communication skills essential- both verbal and written.
