The Recruitment Coordinator will provide assistance to the HR operations team supporting the provision of high quality service and timely delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will coordinate the recruitment and selection process of internal and external engineering candidates, facilitation of employee transfers, and demobilisation processes.
- Supporting the HR team with management of resourcing requirements
- Produce, distribute and monitor list of vacancies
- Provide first level screening and administration of external candidates where required
- Schedule and prepare project interviews
- Manage new starters documentation
- 2 + years as a Recruitment Coordinator
- Experience recruiting for the Construction, Engineering & Infrastructure industry
- Able to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people and organisational levels
- High customer service focus with a pro-active approach to problem-solving is essential
