A leading project is currently underway within a hugely successful infrastructure business. We require an experienced HR administrator to join the team in this exciting phase of growth.
This is an integral role where you will be hands on and involved in decision making. Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will be involved in the following:
- Administration for the HR team
- Assist with recruitment
- Screening of applicants
- General ad hoc tasks
- Involvement in projects
- Liaising with other departments
Required Skills and Attributes
To be a successful applicant for this role, you will possess the following:
- Proven experience within a similar role
- HR experience from a support perspective
- Exposure to recruitment is desirable
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi task
