We currently have a Recruitment Consultant (Junior-Senior) vacancy in our Technology & Transformation Commerce Division. The T&T Commerce team consists of 10 high performing recruitment consultants that service all start up's, scale-ups, software houses, FinTech, medium and enterprise commercial clients in Sydney.

We are looking to expand by adding 4x more Consultant's to learn any of the following markets. You will be provided with a comprehensive training program:

• Cyber Security
• Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence
• Cloud& DevOps
• Software Engineering

The Recruitment / Senior Consultant will be working closely with the Manager to shape and build the business and be proactive in growing market share. There are exceptional development opportunities available with the backing of an experienced Management team.

We are always happy to discuss flexible working arrangements if required.

Responsibilities:

• Maximise market share in accounts by driving improved relationships across existing and new accounts
• Focus on cool, trendy Software Houses, start up's, scale ups, FinTech's, medium and enterprise commercial accounts
• Understand clients' business operations and solve their recruitment needs through a consultative sales approach
• Select and match candidates for appropriate positions, arrange interviews and fully brief candidates on the company and role
• Focus on candidate experience and build strong relationships with candidates across the market

Required Skills:

• Open to candidates (0-3 years experience)
• Strong relationship management and account management skills
• Commercial Accumen and business development
• Strong demonstrated work ethic (through studies, work, extra curricular activities, sport... etc)
• Team-based mind set
• A can do, positive attitude and coach-able
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong interest in consultative selling or professional services
