About the Role
The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental to providing timely and accurate recruitment support across the national and international business units within the Codan Group. By utilising technology and innovative sourcing techniques, this role is critical to ensuring the organisation delivers an inspired employee recruitment experience.
Reporting to the HRBP Corporate, the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with HRBPs, Global Recruitment Administrators and Hiring Managers to map workforce plans, understand talent requirements for each business unit, and providing guidance regarding recruitment policies and practices.
- Managing end to end recruitment process, including all candidate communication, assessment and testing, contract and offer stage, as well as pre-onboarding information.
- Undertaking market and competitor research to identify and develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates and maintain target talent pools.
- Building credible and authentic relationships with candidates, as well as internal and external stakeholders across the business.
- Keeping up to date with talent acquisition trends and assisting in the development of strategies to continuously improve talent acquisition policies and practices.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years recruitment experience, preferably in Engineering or Technology functions.
- Demonstrated headhunting and solution finding skills to deliver on complex talent acquisition campaigns.
- Demonstrated mastery of talent management techniques, systems and tools, including social media channels.
- Commercially astute with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in working in a global recruitment function across multiple time zones is desirable.
