We have 44 Technology Consultants based in Sydney, and work with leading clients across NSW. I can whole heartedly say that we are at the forefront when it comes to training and development.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:

• Developing relationships with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact to build positive, productive, and long-term corporate relationships
• Conducting business development on prospect accounts
• Understanding business operations and specific requirements through face to face meetings
• Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPIs
• Conducting searches for talent based on client requirements
• Arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role
• Assessing candidate suitability for requirements
• Take responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates
• Providing exceptional service delivery to clients and candidates

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a client facing, customer focused role
• Strong commercial acumen with a natural ability to influence others
• Desire to work in a target driven, activity-based role
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong proven relationship management skills
• Team focused - able to collaborate and engage effectively with peers
• A strong work ethic and desire to achieve
• Graduate level qualifications
