Supporting the Tech Financial Services team of 5 high performing consultants, the candidate manager will help manage the Robert Walters Tech contractor work force with an exceptional candidate experience. Working closely with the manager of the team, contracts managers, HR and legal, the candidate manager will support our workers ensuring quality payroll experience, applications for new roles and addressing any client queries.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Candidate care/check in calls for our on site workers, identifying pro-actively any potential issues and closing the loop with communication with our front/back office if required
- Assisting consultants with coordination of recruitment processes and sourcing if required
- Managing outstanding time sheets with our workers
- Pro-actively manage upcoming end dates of contractors and liaise with clients and RW consultants to organise paperwork and communication on extensions
- Assist with reference checks and coordinating on-boarding information if required
- Assisting the Manager with best practice management of the workforce including, communication work health and safety and anything else that comes up
- Side projects and ad hoc administration tasks as required
Required skills:
- A genuine interest in the recruitment industry and in particular technology recruitment
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisation with an ability to learn new systems - proven track record of this through references, education or through other means
- A pro-active approach to work with a can-do attitude
- Customer focused mindset - a proven track record in customer service, hospitality or something similar
- Degree in Financial Services, Business, HR or law - highly preferred, although psychology and other backgrounds also considered
