About the Role:
The Recruitment Consultant will provide end to end recruitment services to Robert Walter’s clients and candidates. They will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships within their niche industry sector, and delivering recruitment solutions that meet individual client needs.
You will ensure high levels of service to candidates throughout their entire experience with Robert Walters. This is a people focused position, working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders as well as a range of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through the application of sales, business development and networking strategies.
• Sourcing new candidates for the business using a variety of methods, including headhunting, referrals, job boards and networking.
• Build relationships with existing clients through meetings, lunch’s, client functions and events.
• Professionally and effectively managing the recruitment process from beginning to end.
• Screening candidates both on the phone and face to face. Run headhunting projects through LinkedIn.

Experience and Qualities:

• Background - experience working in sales, recruitment or commercial experience within a corporate environment is preferred.
• Driven – you want to succeed in a fast-paced environment through hard work and hone your skills over time. Desire to work in a target driven, energetic sales environment.
• Relationship focused – able to quickly become a trusted advisor through a combination of credibility and personality.
• Team player – excel at working equal parts in a team and individually.
• Problem solving – ability to think critically and understand your stakeholders to provide solutions that add value.
