This role will be working with the Human Resource Division and will be reporting into Deputy Chief Human Resource Officer.
The aim of this role is to:
• Establish and maintain key client relationships through development of in-depth knowledge of client's business context and objectives and related people management challenges.
• Work closely with the broader HR division to identify, plan and implement HR solutions that meet client priorities and align with organisational HR strategies.
• Provide strong, generalist and strategic HR expertise, advice, and services as a senior member of a seamless and client focused HR team.

As the Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role by providing authoritative advice on workforce relations issues to senior managers and clients within the organization.
