Recruitment Advisor

Our client is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Advisor to support their recruitment and talent attraction plans. This role will be instrumental in meeting the organisation's current and future needs, with a particular focus on new service setup and delivery.

The successful candidate will provide invaluable support to managers and team leaders, assisting in the attraction, selection, and onboarding of new staff from an administrative perspective. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a real impact on the organisation's growth.

  • Supporting recruitment and talent attraction plans
  • Assisting in the attraction, selection, and onboarding of new staff
  • Working closely with managers and team leaders


What you'll do:

As a Recruitment Advisor, your role will be pivotal in supporting the organisation's recruitment efforts.

  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment, assessment and selection process
  • Provide hands-on guidance to hiring managers in reviewing resumes, shortlisting and pre-screening candidates
  • Conduct phone screening and pre-interview assessments
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Participate in interviewing process as part of the panel as required
  • Conduct reference checks as required, and support hiring managers through this process
  • Upload documents into HR systems as required and ensure all documentation is provided before job offers commence
  • Close off job requisitions in HR systems and ensure all unsuccessful candidates have been contacted


What you bring:

  • Experience in large volume recruitment and/or service set up projects
  • Proven capacity to apply best-practice recruitment processes effectively
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritise tasks, deliver on deadlines with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in HR systems (preferably UKG Ready Kronos)
  • Experience using recruitment platforms including Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter
