The Role

As a member of the Accounting & Finance team, you’ll make your own decisions and develop your own business. You will be supported with exceptional sales and management training and will be provided with a long-term career pathway from Associate through to Management. Thriving in this role, you'll be cultivating strong client relationships, and developing an in-depth understanding of market trends and talent demands.

What you will do

• Drive business development and build relationships with clients across the accounting and finance sectors
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to deliver the best talent in Melbourne’s competitive market
• Act as a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates, offering market insights, career advice, and innovative solutions
• Manage a high-performing desk, handling both client and candidate engagement
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development

About You



We’re looking for an ambitious and results-oriented recruiter with a proven track record in agency. Ideally, you will have a background in accounting and finance recruitment, but we’re also open to candidates with success in other sectors. What matters most is your ability to inspire clients, your passion for the industry, and your drive to deliver exceptional service.
