Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. What you'll do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and initial outreach through to interviews, feedback, and extending offers.
• Work closely with hiring managers to provide updates, offer hiring progress and consult on best practice through interview stages
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.

What you bring:

• Agency or Internal experience within a fast paced experienced is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in a recruitment or TA role within a large complex environment
• Ability to work autonomously or part of a team
• 1-2 years experience working within a results driven environment
