Our client, a reputable Government organisation based in Sydney CBD, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Recruitment Officer. What you'll do:

As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce of this esteemed Government organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice guidelines while providing advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Recruitment Officer position will bring proven experience from a similar role within a government or corporate setting. You will have strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, along with excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Your ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality will be key to your success in this role.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a government or corporate setting
