The Role

Are you an experienced recruitment leader with a passion for mentoring and guiding a high-performing team?

We are seeking a Manager for our Commercial Recruitment Team in Melbourne. In this role, you will take the helm of a team of Recruitment Consultants who focus on recruiting for roles in procurement, risk & compliance, banking, and more across Melbourne’s thriving commercial landscape.

You will leverage your leadership expertise and recruitment experience to drive success, foster team development, and exceed client expectations.



What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team of Recruitment Consultants.
  • Manage and drive the recruitment process for key commercial sectors, including banking, procurement, risk & compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet both client and candidate needs while expanding the client portfolio.
  • Manage your own desk and smash your own billing targets.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture that promotes continuous learning and success.
  • Provide hands-on support to the team, ensuring each consultant has the tools and guidance they need to excel.
  • Monitor performance, set clear targets, and support career growth for team members, creating a path to further leadership roles.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in recruitment, ideally within commercial, procurement, risk & compliance, or banking sectors.
  • Strong track record in recruitment within the commercial space — we’re looking for someone with the know-how to recruit top talent.
  • A results-driven, proactive mindset with an ability to motivate and develop a team to perform at their best.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire both clients and candidates.
  • A passion for fostering a positive, results-oriented team culture.
