As part of the Campus Recruiting Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by attracting top-tier talent for graduate programs and internships across various business sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your strong communication skills and gain broad knowledge of the business. * MUST have full working rights; Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident * MUST be available for 5 days in office if necessary

What you'll do:
As a Campus Recruitment Coordinator, your primary role will be to support the recruiters focused on hiring top-tier talent for graduate programs in trading, technology, quant businesses, as well as internship opportunities across the business. You will be responsible for building effective relationships with candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating travel accommodations for candidates, maintaining candidate records in our ATS system, among other responsibilities. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism will be crucial to your success in this role.

  • Build effective relationships with candidates, recruiters, and business managers
  • Schedule and confirm phone and on-site interviews, including office tours, lunches, and desk rotations
  • Coordinate travel accommodations for candidates
  • Greet candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience during on-site interviews
  • Distribute resumes and interview feedback to recruiters, hiring managers, and members of the interviewing team
  • Maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage phone calls and enquiries from candidates or internal employees
  • Maintain and improve procedures for all areas of responsibility, from simple process enhancements to larger initiatives
  • Facilitate university recruiting dinners and/or events, including networking/social events for the summer internship program
  • Manage additional projects such as reporting, researching universities, and/or on-campus events

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Campus Recruitment Coordinator position brings at least one year of professional experience in an administrative assistant or similar role. Prior experience assisting a Human Resources or University Recruiting team is preferred. You should have excellent communication skills, superior time management and organisational skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Your ability to maintain highly confidential information will be critical in this role. Proficiency in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word, and Excel is required.

  • Minimum of one year professional or intern experience as an administrative assistant or similar role required; prior experience assisting a Human Resources and/or University Recruiting team preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills are essential
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and present good solutions
  • Superior time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Willingness to work additional hours when necessary
  • Strong proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word, Excel
