💼 What you’ll do:

• Build and grow a portfolio of Accounting & Finance clients across Perth
• Leverage our extensive PSA network and warm relationships
• Engage top-tier talent and connect them with exciting opportunities
• Drive business development with confidence and consultative flair
• Influence, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike

💼 What you’ll need:

• A proven background in business development (recruitment experience preferred but not essential)
• Drive, resilience, and a genuine hunger to succeed and earn big
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset and ability to spot opportunities
• Confidence, charisma, and a great sense of humour
