Working in our Call Centre recruitment team, your day to day will be posting job adverts, interviewing candidates, placing contractors/temps into new roles, and supporting the team with all associated administration tasks.

-A retail pro who’s nailed KPIs and loves the thrill of closing a sale
-A sales / customer service gun who is used to pressure, pace and targets
-A recent graduate with strong academics and a very competitive streak

What you'll be doing:

-Posting job adverts, hunting for candidates and conducting interviews
-Account managing a network of top-tier candidates
-Providing admin support to 3 experienced Recruiters
-Smashing KPIs in a fast-paced, fun environment

What success looks like:

Within your first year, you'll be confidently managing 200+ temps working for our clients, building lasting relationships, placing new candidates in new roles, and earning exceptional bonuses - all with the backing of a supportive team and a market-leading brand.
