As a Junior Recruitment Consultant in our Finance Recruitment Team, you will spend your time speaking with candidates, understanding what they want, matching them with great roles, and working closely with clients who trust you to find the right talent. It is fast paced, social and very rewarding when you see the impact of your work.

People who excel in recruitment are driven, competitive, confident speaking with new people, and motivated by hitting goals. High performers tend to love building relationships, learning quickly and pushing themselves to grow. Backgrounds like retail leadership, sales or customer service translate especially well.
