Talent Acquisition Consultant

An exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading Financial Services organisations as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, driving recruitment across the business within a supportive, dynamic and fast-paced TA team. This is a 3-month temporary opportunity to work in Melbourne CBD on a hybrid-working basis.

What you will do:

  • Support the wider TA team with volume recruitment
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver end to end recruitment
  • Effective sourcing and selection of talent via different channels e.g. LinkedIn, Seek, headhunting, advertising)
  • Day to day management of open vacancies
  • Conduct a consistent recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and offer management
  • Support the wider TA team with any ad-hoc duties

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience with recruitment or resourcing
  • Ability to deal with agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to take direction but be pro active
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good use of IT system's (Cornerstone - highly regarded)
