The Role:

You will recruit across key technology job families including development, testing, and data, while managing a portfolio of PSA clients. These are not transactional agreements, but long-standing, deep partnerships with leading employers across Australia. This is a broad and commercially engaging opportunity with real ownership.

You Will:

-Manage and develop multiple PSA client relationships
-Recruit across a wide range of technology roles
-Partner with organisations across banking, healthcare, education, superannuation, insurance, and investment
-Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

This structure gives you variety in your day-to-day work and the opportunity to become a true market expert.

The Team:

You will join a high-performing team of 4 experienced recruiters with deep networks across the Melbourne market.
