Senior Business Analyst: Digital

• Daily Rate: $700 - $800 + super

• Drive the digital insurance claims portal initiatives and be a part of a highly supportive organization with great work life balance arrangements.

• Initial 6-month contract engagement with view to extend. The role is based in between the Sydney CBD and Parramatta.

About the role:

Engage with a highly performing Digital Business Analyst practice and help drive projects end to end from inception to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Commence the discovery project work for the team by facilitating discovery workshops with SMEs across the Digital and Insurance teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations around requirements and delivery
• Produce the required documentations for the business i.e. process maps, UI/UX designs and BRDs as well as agile artefacts including: User stories and Epics.
• Utilize SME insurance and digital expertise to engage in conversations with a range of stakeholders including: Designers, Insurance SMEs and Developers.

Skills & Experience:

• Candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience working within the Insurance industry
• Must have practical experience working on e2e Digital programs of work i.e. Insurance portals
• Mandatory experience working with API integration
