Business Analyst

Great opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation as an experienced Business Analyst. This role will have you working on the implementation of the ERP Finance systems as well as the Human Resources systems. This role is located in Milton, just outside of Brisbane CBD.

The Role:

• Implementing ERP and Human Resources systems.
• Communicating effectively with the key business contacts and its stakeholders.
• Evaluating the needs and making sound recommendations.
• Facilitating the implementation of the recommendations once agreed.

About you:

• Experienced Business Analyst with experience in a similar role interfacing with business applications in the construction industry or similar
• Proven experience in successful ERP implementations (Coins ERP preferred)
• You thrive in supporting the implementation of business applications to increase user experience and functionality
• You are focused and have a high level of attention to detail for developing/reviewing/updating processes and procedures
• Experienced in the process of conducting business requirements, gathering workshops and interpreting inputs into technical and functional documentation (including measurable project plans, scheduling and scope activity breakdowns)
• Well practised in collating, analysing, and consolidating information to develop business cases
• Great communication skills and proven ability to build and develop key stakeholder relationships to identify and develop business system integration's
• Can develop current state and forecast business process maps, in conjunction with the business SMEs, using MS Visio or similar
• You are articulate and partner with the business and the IT stakeholders to elicit application management artefacts including service agreements, licensing, upgrades and system migrations
