This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development, implementation, monitoring and review of organisational change initiatives in support of program/project objectives. You will be working closely with various stakeholders, ensuring the desired business outcomes are achieved. This position provides a unique chance to contribute to the improvement of organisational change services, knowledge transfer activities and provision of advisory support.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing existing skills in software development, coding, and automation. You will contribute towards solutions in deployment, change management, and incident management, while also building continuous delivery practices to increase delivery speed. Collaborating with teams, you will help build robust and scalable integration platforms using tools and best practices. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, estimating and planning integration solutions, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to the product owner will also be part of your responsibilities.
