Business Analyst

What you'll do:

As a Business Analyst, your role will be pivotal in providing frontline IT application support, undertaking system process analysis, and managing projects to enhance IT systems and business efficiencies. You will work closely with key stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of technical issues, preparing detailed proposals, and implementing improvements to the Pronto ERP and other critical business applications. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting with ERP software upgrades across the business, providing specialist advice, recommendations, and project management. Additionally, you will provide remote end-user IT application support to employees, both functionally and technically.

• Provide frontline IT application support
• Undertake detailed analysis to identify opportunities to improve the functionality of Pronto ERP and other business system software
• Work closely with key stakeholders to establish a technical understanding of issues and prepare detailed proposals outlining recommendations
• Develop Project Plans and manage the implementation of Projects to achieve KPI’s
• Assist with ERP software upgrades across the business by providing specialist advice, recommendations, and project management
• Provide employees with remote end-user IT application support, both functionally and technically
• Assist with the development and documentation of national IT processes as required

The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst role brings detailed knowledge and advanced skills in using Pronto. You have advanced functional knowledge of IT applications and extensive experience in a similar position where you've used Pronto Software and provided Help Desk Support. Your proven ability to successfully manage a Project from conception through to completion sets you apart. You possess strong knowledge and understanding of various business functions including Sales, Retail, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Finance/Accounts processes. Your familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products further enhances your profile.

• Pronto experience is essential for this role
• Detailed knowledge and advanced level of skills using Pronto
• Advanced functional knowledge of IT applications
• Extensive experience in a similar position, using Pronto Software and providing Help Desk Support
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a Project from conception through to completion
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business functions and administrative processes including Sales, Retail, Purchasing, Warehousing and Finance/Accounts processes
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
