Our client is seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation program, aimed at enhancing educational opportunities and resources. As the Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all Digital Change and Transformation related activities, ensuring business strategy compliance and supporting system projects within the program.

What you'll do:

As a Process Analyst, your role will be integral to the successful delivery of our client's Program. You will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data flows. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating process workshops, identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment between technical and functional specifications, developing comprehensive business process documentation, and managing project risks. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data flows.
  • Facilitate process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users.
  • Support definition of the future state business operating model and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ensure systems align with the business strategy and business processes, and architecture designs.
  • Develop comprehensive business process documentation.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues and work collaboratively to develop and execute mitigation plans.


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Process Analyst position brings a wealth of experience in end-to-end business analysis with a particular focus on Payroll, HR, Finance systems and processes. You possess strong documentation skills with an emphasis on creating detailed business process and analysis artifacts. Your deep understanding of payroll regulations, compliance requirements, coupled with your experience with payroll software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or ADP sets you apart. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

  • Proven experience as an end-to-end Process Analyst with focus on Payroll, HR, Finance systems and processes.
  • Strong documentation skills with focus on business process and analysis artifacts.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Experience with payroll software and HCM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
