As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of understanding the business issues and data challenges of our client's organisation. Your robust business modelling skills will empower you to scrutinise current processes and propose relevant transformational or continuous improvements. You will be accountable for crafting and documenting the business benefits with multiple options/solutions modelled and evaluated. Moreover, you will formulate requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions. Your role will also encompass creating change management plans to ensure smoother adoption of technology solutions.
- Grasping the business issues and data challenges of the client's organisation and industry
- Crafting and documenting the business benefits with multiple options/solutions modelled and evaluated
- Development and mapping of current and future state business processes
- Formulating requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
- Creating change management plans to ensure smoother adoption of the technology solution
- Contributing to and reviewing solution design documents
The ideal candidate for this Senior Business Analyst role will bring a project-based background with experience working in a consultancy. You possess outstanding stakeholder management skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients to determine their needs and requirements. Your focus always remains on the business value of Technology. With solid analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities coupled with advanced modelling skills, you are well-equipped for this role. Your ability to develop concept of operations and change management plans will be crucial in facilitating sustained operational readiness.

- Project based background and experience working in a consultancy is desirable but not mandatory
