ERP Business Analyst

This is an exciting 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity based in Perth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, data migration, training and compliance, and documentation.

What you'll do:

As an ERP Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation of a new ERP system into Aged Care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include gathering and analysing system requirements, managing stakeholders, overseeing data migration, ensuring training and compliance measures are met, and creating comprehensive documentation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can navigate complex systems and processes with ease.

• Gather and analyse requirements for the new ERP system
• Manage stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee data migration from existing systems to the new ERP platform
• Ensure training and compliance measures are met across all user groups
• Create comprehensive documentation for the new ERP system

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this ERP Business Analyst role will bring proven experience within the ERP space, particularly with regards to implementing new systems. You will have a strong understanding of data migration processes and excellent stakeholder management skills. Your ability to gather and analyse system requirements effectively will be key to your success in this role. Experience in training users and ensuring compliance across all user groups is also essential, as is your ability to create comprehensive documentation.
