Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a skilled and innovative Business Analyst to work in their Workforce Metrics team to understand business needs, analyse data, design workflows, and implement effective solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data-driven decision-making, and technical proficiency in Azure DevOps.

What you'll do:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
• evaluate, map and document technical and non-technical specifications, workflows, and processes in alignment with technology and architectural standards
• conduct gap analysis between current and future state capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement

Process Optimisation

• Evaluate current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.

Wireframes and Workflows

• Create detailed wireframes and workflows to visualise and plan business processes, ensuring clear communication and efficient implementation.

Azure DevOps

• Work with Azure DevOps to capture requirements, stories, and test cases as required

Stakeholder engagement and communication

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams and the relevant business areas to evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet business objectives
• build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors and providers.

What you bring:

• ability to develop wireframes and workflows
• ability to document technical and non-technical specifications, workflows, and processes in alignment with technology and architectural standards
• skills in conducting gap analysis between current and future state capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement
• technical proficiency in Azure DevOps
• ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to ensure successful project
