Functional Workday Analyst - HCM

Our client is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on their People Systems, contributing to critical technology platforms. You will be working in a hybrid environment, delivering quality technology solutions and driving continuous improvements. The role is based in Sydney's CBD, offering a flexible work environment.

What you'll do:

• Part of the technology team
• Gather business requirements and translate to functional solutions
• Support key HCM (Human Capital Management) systems
• Analyse, recommend, design, implement, and manage changes and updates to the software.
• Create quality documentation and lead workshops for effective system improvements.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, risk, and IT standards and policies.

What you bring:

• Strong experience supporting Workday core HCM.
• Strong analytical skills to recommend and implement software changes.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements and translation to solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT operations support frameworks.
• Desribale compleetion of Workday module certifications.
