Data & BI Analyst

• $110 - $140K + Super

Within this role you will:

• Enable smarter business processes and decisions by implementing analytics for valued insights
• Drive efficiency's across the business with automation and meaningful reporting
• Create new innovative solutions with data to provide a performance edge for the business
• Maintain and develop the group’s data infrastructure such as the Datawarehouse; data governance and ensuring that data is correct and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support of IT production and operational processes involving data and reporting. This may include support in hours that are outside of the normal business cycle.
• Build and improve data infrastructure by continual learning and adding new capabilities with new technologies.
• Develop and deliver data solutions for forecasting, reporting and operational processes that are accurate as required by the business. This will involve very hands on work with agility to deploy end to end solutions i.e. building from ground up.
• Work on multiple data systems including source systems and the Datawarehouse considering the whole IT ecosystem.
• Liaise with Datawarehouse stakeholders and assist in driving the best performance outcomes for the business.
• Work on and support IT projects as part of the wider IT group.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive SQL and Enterprise Datawarehouse knowledge and concepts.
• Business Intelligence mastery in leading reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Analytical skills and expertise in data engineering and modelling concepts.
• Understanding of ETL framework and ETL tools such as Microsoft SSIS.
• Systems analysis and design with ability to develop quality end to end solutions.
• General IT and Cloud technologies (Azure) knowledge and experience.
• Python programming language (desirable).
