This well known organisation is undergoing a period of substantial change, with a number of major initiatives currently in process. The successful candidate will be tasked with building change strategy, addressing pain points and dealing with stakeholders across the organisation. Although the project is a technology initiative, this role will focus on people and processes. This is a twelve month fixed term contract.
As a Change Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for developing a coherent change strategy
- Work within the procurement area
- Be responsible for people and culture focused change
- Work closely with internal and external senior stakeholders
- Be required to drive between NSW sites
This is a twelve month fixed term contract.
Required Skills and Experience
As a Change Manager, you will have:
- 5+ years of Change Management experience
- Experience working in a large, complex environment
- Experience working in a transformational environment
- Experience working on people and process focused change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
