Communication Specialist

• $750 to $950 pd inc. super – initial 6 to 12-month contract on a 3yr program
• Banking-wide transformation around embedding new behaviours and consolidating technology
• Melbourne preference, Hybrid model/ WFH

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Communication Specialist to be part of an enterprise-wide banking transformation aimed at embedding new culture & behaviours and consolidating technology. This role represents an exciting opportunity to join in the beginning stages of a significant initiative that will expose you to a wide breadth of stakeholders across the entire bank.

What you will do

• Deliver communication messages and artifacts through various channels for a large group of stakeholders
• Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to design and develop a strategy to communicate the vision of the project
• Coordinate & communicate with stakeholders impacted by the project across the Bank
• Work closely with the wider change & delivery team, executive stakeholders, BAU representatives and business SMEs
  
  

What you will have done

• Prior experience in a change/comms or training/L&D function in large corporate environments
• Experience creating change & communication plans, training plans and working within multiple communication channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant degree with experience in communication and change management desired
