Our client, a global leader in professional services, is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading businesses, governments and organisations, helping them build their digital core, optimise operations and accelerate growth. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving change in today's technology-centric world, combining industry experience with functional expertise and global delivery capability. This role offers exposure to various types of projects across a variety of topics and industries, providing a unique platform for career growth and development.

As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing and implementing change management strategies that foster an environment conducive to embedding future states. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring business impacts are well understood and plans are developed accordingly. Your role will also involve driving deployment and change adoption within the organisation, identifying risks and developing mitigation tactics. You will have the opportunity to facilitate diverse groups of stakeholders towards achieving shared outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in developing operating models aligned with business objectives, providing input into training programs and coaching senior leaders.

  • Plan, design, steward and implement change management strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business impacts are well understood
  • Assist and support communications across the program to ensure consistent messaging for stakeholder groups
  • Drive deployment and change adoption within the organisation
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation tactics
  • Facilitate diverse groups of stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes
  • Develop operating models aligned with business objectives
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design & delivery of training programs
  • Coach senior leaders in fulfilling the role of change sponsor

The ideal Change Manager will bring a wealth of experience from project-based roles within asset-intensive industries. You will have a strong background in change management including planning, benefits realisation, change adoption and business readiness. Your experience with complex change projects that have had an organisation-wide impact will be highly valued. Your excellent planning and organising skills will enable you to manage multiple concurrent workstreams of change, setting priorities and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes. Your strong skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management will be key to your success in this role.

  • Proven experience in project-based roles within asset-intensive industries such as mining, O&G or Rail
  • Strong background in change management including planning, benefits realisation, change adoption and business readiness
  • Experience with complex change projects with organisation-wide impact
  • Excellent planning and organising skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams of change
  • Strong skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management
