Organisational Change Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development, implementation, monitoring and review of organisational change initiatives in support of program/project objectives. You will be working closely with various stakeholders, ensuring the desired business outcomes are achieved. This position provides a unique chance to contribute to the improvement of organisational change services, knowledge transfer activities and provision of advisory support.

What you'll do:
As an Organisational Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic organisational change initiatives. Your excellent planning skills will be utilised in tracking engagement with program/project stakeholders. You will work closely with the program/project manager and relevant business executives to ensure that desired business outcomes are achieved. Your responsibilities will also include undertaking project management tasks for organisational change including scheduling, risk and issue management, dependency management, product/deliverable management and status reporting.

  • Lead the development, implementation, monitoring and review of organisational change initiatives.
  • Plan, lead and track engagement with program/project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the program/project manager and relevant business executive.
  • Undertake / lead the development and review of organisational change plans.
  • Consult /engage with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Undertake project management tasks for organisational change.
  • Conduct assurance, evaluation, review and lessons learned activities.
  • Participate in project and working groups.


What you bring:
As an Organisational Change Manager, you bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in planning and managing strategically aligned organisational change. Your proven ability to lead complex ICT-enabled organisational changes using recognised methodologies at both program and project levels sets you apart. Your exceptional communication skills coupled with your superior ability in consultation, networking, negotiation, partnering, advocacy and influencing make you an ideal candidate for this role.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning and managing strategically aligned organisational change.
  • Experience in leading and managing complex ICT-enabled organisational change.
  • Ability to work and lead a team within a collaborative environment.
  • High level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior ability in consultation, networking, negotiation, partnering, advocacy and influencing.
